Another week another video, but this time its nothing new. We're actually going to take a step back to a slightly more certain time, 2016. Time's were changing in skateboarding, the fall of Alien Workshop as a powerhouse brand had seen the way cleared for new brands to come into the fold. Through the magic of FA World Entertainment and the mad genius of Jason Dill, the sister company Hockey Skateboards was born.
Although the promo has only 2 riders, John Fitzgerald and Donovon Piscopo and no music making the raw sounds of our wooden toys the only thing to snare the sense that is our hearing, it's still unreal! Best bits from John, that huge backside 360, Heelflip over the fence, gap over the rail to wallride, polejam to frontsmith tailgrab (mind fully blown there), and the ollie over the whole rail, what a guy. Best bits from Donny? gotta be the backsmith up the loading bay to backside tail, front boardslide up the rail, front pivot flip to fakie on the bank to rail, and flip backtail gap to the floor.
